FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. Breech approach, separation of meatotympanal flap with tympanotomy is performed. A tympanic cavity is inspected, an auditory ossicles condition is evaluated. A neo-oval window is formed. It involves ossiculoplasty with a prosthesis of K-piston and fixation of the prosthetic loop behind the long process of the anvil. Meatotympanal flap is put in place. After the neo-oval window is formed, an individual bushing-protector is made from the titanium tympanic-ventilation tube. A fascial flap is placed on the formed neo-oval window, on which a tamping graft is placed and lowered into a neo-oval window, pressing the fascial flap up to a macaroon labyrinth. When performing ossiculoplasty, the plunger portion of the K-piston prosthesis is inserted into the tread bore.
EFFECT: method provides higher surgical efficiency ensured by stable operation of the prosthesis, reliable fixation and prevention of overgrowth of the formed neo-oval window.
