FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For additional fixation of the posterior layer-by-layer graft with the impossibility of an effective air tamponade of the anterior chamber due to disruption in the recipient's integrity of the iridium-vascular barrier, posterior layer-by-layer keratoplasty is performed with fixing the transplant with the help of a sterile air bubble. After the transplant is fixed to the recipient's cornea with the sterile air bubble and its centring, the platelet-rich autoplasma of the recipient is inserted between the recipient's cornea and the transplant using syringe with 30 Ga cannula in amount of 0.01–0.05 ml through pre-made 1–4 punctures of cornea, made in zone of diameter 5 mm with the help of lance of gauge 25 Ga, with subsequent exposure of cornea under lamp of operating microscope for 5–10 minutes.
EFFECT: method eliminates the possibility of graft disadaptation and dislocation in the postoperative eye of the recipient.
