FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology, and is intended to form ultrathin uniformly thick corneal transplant for posterior stratified keratoplasty. First cut is performed using a femtosecond laser at a depth of 400 mcm with a diameter of 9.0 mm. Then, under the control of ultrasound or laser pachymetry, with help of an excimer laser ophthalmic unit, a two-stage ablation with a flat beam along the hypermetropic profile is performed. First stage of ablation is performed in the annular zone with an internal diameter of 4-6 mm, an outer diameter of 9.0 mm at a depth of 50-80 mcm. Second stage of photoablation with a diameter of 9.0 mm is performed with the calculation of obtaining a residual thickness of the cornea in the central zone of 120-140 mcm.
EFFECT: method ensures creation of ultrathin and uniform in thickness corneal transplant, the use of which reduces the postoperative hypermetropic refraction shift and increases visual functions.
