FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes cake cooler connected by air ducts with fan with atmospheric air and cooling device of atmospheric air, at that, cooling device of atmospheric air is made in the form of centrifugal-bubbling apparatus (CBA) with one or two bubbling stages, wherein CBA has a branch pipe, through which air enters CBA due to vacuum generated by fan and at least cooling water branch pipe connected to cooling water tank, outlet CBA air pipeline is connected to cake cooler, wherein tank with cooling water by its outlet branch pipe is connected to cooling water branch pipe CBA through heat exchanger, and heat exchanger for its cooling is additionally connected to cooling machine made in form of chiller.
EFFECT: disclosed is an atmospheric air preparation plant for press production for soy or sunflower cake cooling.
