FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry. Method of butter and honey product production by way of addition to butter or melted butter before packing no more than 45 wt. % honey and 1–5 wt. % of fat-soluble vitamins, as well as 0.001–0.002 wt. % curcumin with subsequent mechanical whipping during 5–30 minutes at 1000–5000 rpm and holding at temperature from -5 to -10 °C for 12–48 hours.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce enriched product with enhanced nutritive and biological value.
