SUBSTANCE: functional food product, characterized by that it includes unsalted sweet cream butter "Krestyanskoye" and a flavouring filler, the flavouring filler is represented by a mixture of milled sapodilla pulp, milled rose-apple pulp and milled ambarella pulp at the following initial components ratio, g per 1 kg of the ready product: sweet cream unsalted "Krestyanskoye" butter 60.0-90.0; milled sapodilla pulp 5.0-20.0; milled rose-apple pulp 2.0-8.0; milled ambarella pulp 3.0-12.0.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of functional food products enriched with vitamin, mineral and amino acid compositions and possessing a functional effect.
