FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a carrier module through the blood-brain barrier containing a molecule to be transported to the brain through the blood-brain barrier, linker and exactly one (univalent) anti-transferrin receptor antibody or fragment thereof, which binds the transferrin receptor, where the linker, if present, connects a molecule to be transported to the brain through the blood-brain barrier, with a monovalent transferrin receptor antibody or fragment thereof, a transferrin receptor binding, as well as a pharmaceutical composition and using a carrier module.
EFFECT: invention can be used in medicine to increase efficiency of substances transfer through blood-brain barrier.
