FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: transporter module across the blood-brain barrier containing a molecule to be transported to the brain through the blood-brain barrier, and one monovalent antibody against the transferrin receptor or a fragment thereof that binds the transferrin receptor are proposed. The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the said carrier module and to the use of the carrier module for transporting a molecule to be transported to the brain.
EFFECT: invention can be used in medicine for efficient transport of an effector molecule across the blood-brain barrier.
