FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of distribution and control of rotorcraft with hybrid propeller drive system. Proposed method consists in that, at take-off stage, total power from the main engine(s) and electric starter-generator driven from the on-board accumulator with the condition of disconnection of the main energy-intensive electric power consumers is supplied to the main rotor. After takeoff and transition to cruising mode, starter-generator is switched to power generation mode for charging battery. At the step of reducing the starter-generator is switched for energy recuperation and recharging of the accumulator. After landing, starter-generator is switched for resistance to rotation of rotor and its braking.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of power reserves of power plants at different flight modes of rotary-wing aircrafts.
