SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the clock display mechanisms. Clock display mechanism (500) the comprises a rotary display element for displaying a parameter different from the current time of the day or a position in the cycle. Said rotary display element is rigidly connected in rotation to the scroll interacting with the comb nose, which is part of striking mechanism (1) built into said display mechanism (500) or located next thereto, for beating off a numerical value characterizing said parameter or, respectively, said position. Said display mechanism (500), in particular, is a chronograph mechanism comprising second scroll (3) rigidly connected to the chronograph main wheel (2) for counting seconds and interacting with the minute counterpart wheel (20) and interacting with minute pick (22) to at the end of the calculated time interval, minutes and seconds of the calculated time interval are beaten.
EFFECT: device allows to combine visual indication of time with sound indication of time or to replace visual indication of time with sound indication.
