SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a clockwork mechanism of sound indication with a chronograph and a repeater for sound indication, using a mechanism of a time period strike, measured by a chronograph mechanism. Clockwork mechanism (500) of sound indication with a chronograph and a repeater for sound indication, using mechanism (1) of a time period strike, measured by chronograph mechanism (100), is proposed, wherein specified strike mechanism (1) contains winding lever (39) for actuation of comb (33) to move a strike unit including comb trib (31) rigidly connected to strike ratchet (32) for moving the strike comb in order to read a corresponding value and implement a corresponding strike function. In this case, specified sound indication mechanism (500) includes safety mechanism (40) between a control mechanism that is part of chronograph mechanism (100) and winding lever (39), designed, depending on a position of the movable strike unit, for the provision or prevention of the movement of working lever (56) of the control mechanism of chronometer mechanism (100), wherein working lever (56) is made with the possibility of rotation under the action of starting pusher (562) of the chronograph.
