SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a liquid-dispensing device mounted on a container for dispensing liquid doses from said container. Container dispensing liquid comprises a dosing chamber having a front end and a rear end. Outlet passage is located on the front end. Plunger is located in dosing chamber, divides it into front and rear cavity and is configured to move between front position, in which the plunger covers the outlet passage, and a rear position in which the front cavity has a maximum volume. Inlet passage communicates fluid between the front cavity and the container. Control passage provides fluid communication between the container and the rear cavity. Release passage made larger than control passage communicates fluid between rear chamber and container. Valve unit in the releasing passage contains a valve seat located on the rear end of the dosing chamber, and a membrane on the side of the valve seat facing away from the rear cavity. Membrane is made from elastic film with constant thickness. It has fixed section, which is fixed, and at least one movable valve, which is connected with fixed section by means of hinge section. Valve is moved from the valve seat in the open state, and in the closed state of the valve unit rests on the valve seat. Hinged section is elastically bended when the valve moves from the valve seat, and when the valve is resting on the seat it is at rest.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of dispenser, which provides for coordinated dispensing of liquid from container.
