FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to life saving in abnormal development of fire, which occurred in crowded areas of people, for example, in cinemas, stadiums, railway stations, airports, etc. Method of people evacuation from a building during abnormal development of fire includes detection of a fire centre in a building, notification by sound and light signals of people in buildings premises, and informing central dispatcher station on emergency event in hazardous area, counting number of entered and released people from building premises, wireless system of monitoring of evacuation routes of people from dangerous zone and condition of development of fire centre in premises of building in real time mode, automatic, remote or manual start of available fire extinguishing means and evacuation of people from building in case of fire with available means of evacuation. According to the invention, when designing a building, additional evacuation routes are created in abnormal development of fire on main evacuation routes, forming local zones of evacuation of people in building walls and / or partitions of room, performing emergency explosion in walls of building and / or partitions of premises of area limited in area with formation of necessary passage of people, additional sound and light signalling system of people is installed in the formed pass, a wireless system of monitoring of evacuation routes of people from the hazardous zone, counting the number of people entering and leaving the formed passage. At that, each local zone of human evacuation is made in the form of sections for formation of additional passages of people in the building walls and / or in partitions of the room, which are formed on the non-load-carrying structures of the building in the form of a wall having a minimum cross-section, the boundary of the named section is marked with a bright paint, for example, red, visible in any smoke generation of the corresponding passage, and a system for warning sound and light signals of people, a wireless system for monitoring evacuation routes of people from a hazardous area and a device for counting the number of people entering and leaving the formed passage are portable. Proposed technical solution is used only after the main measures for evacuation of people in case of fire from the building, which were laid during the building design, are exhausted.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operations related to life saving in case of fire.
