FIELD: storage.

SUBSTANCE: cold storage unit comprises heat-insulated housing with space for cold storage, separation wall in upper part of space facing housing, clearance between housing and separation wall, filled with ice suspension, which is a mixture of brine and flake ice. Ice suspension is a mixture of brine and flake ice produced by brine freezing. Ice suspension has temperature at complete melting of ice below 0 °C and rate of change of concentration of dissolved substance in water solution formed by ice during melting makes 30 % or less. Cargo vehicle accommodating multiple cold storage units. System for supply of ice suspension includes distributing base, which is provided with device of ice suspension supply to cold storage unit, which is installed on cargo vehicle. System for transfer of article subject to cold storage, designed for storage and transportation of article in cold storage unit, comprises a unit for adjusting the freezing point, a unit for producing flake ice, a unit for adjusting the value of feeding the obtained flake ice into a cold storage unit. Method of cold storage includes stage of storage of item subject to cold storage, includes stage of item cooling by means of ice suspension supplied to cold storage unit.

EFFECT: high cooling capacity of the cooling unit.
