FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway transport. Rubberized platform for anchor rail fastener comprises metal pad that comprises central part and identical first and second end parts. Surface of central metal part of rail pad is located below surfaces of first and second end parts due to presence of bevels on both sides of central part. Upper surface of the central part and the entire lower surface of the metal pad are rubber-coated. On each end part there is a rectangular hole intended for passage of frame anchor-type anchor through it. Method of rail track width stabilization on rail track with anchor rail fastening is performed by means of rail suspension, removal of under-rail gasket and two under-tread blocks, installation of rubber-coated rail platform, lowering of rail and further completion of fastening assembly in standard manner – with installation of damping angles, terminals, mono-regulators.
EFFECT: higher reliability and durability of anchor rail fastening structure, simplified assembly and dismantling of bolt-free anchor rail fastening.
