ANCHOR RAIL FASTENING WITH INSULATING MEMBER AND RAIL INSULATION PLATE OF ANCHOR RAIL FASTENING Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E01B9/30 E01B9/00

Abstract RU 2309215 C1

FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for fastening rails to reinforced concrete, polymer-concrete or composite rail bases, such as ties, bars, plates blocks, bearing and others and it can found application on mainlines, including high-speed ones, in tunnels, underground lines and on approach rail tracks of industrial enterprises. Proposed anchor rail fastening has anchor rigidly installed in rail base with legs pointed downwards and middle part uniting two heads of anchor projecting over rail base, each having two brackets spaced along rail, and shock absorbing rail base between anchor heads on rail part of base, two spring clamps fitted on anchor heads and made for engagement by end tongues through stress adjuster with corresponding brackets of anchor head to thrust by tie coils of clamps on underclamp plate located on rail base for pressing rail by straight-line rail part of clamp to rail base through insulating gasket. Each rail insulating gasket is made in form of three-web member with webs of different length enclosing rail foot, and upper vertical web precluding contact of straight-line rail part of clamp with anchor head. Mating of rail web and upper vertical web is made to radius close to radial of clamp. Projection between brackets of anchor head over its base is made on vertical web or rail insulating gasket. Lower vertical web found between side face of rail foot and head of anchor has tilted end face part.

EFFECT: provision of reliable pressing of rail by clamp through insulating gasket at possible wear and shifts of rail insulating gasket in process of operation, especially under action of higher side loads on curved sections of track.
