SUBSTANCE: anchor rail fastening includes anchor rigidly installed in the base under the rail and having shanks directed downwards and the middle part connecting two heads of anchor projecting above the base under the rail to each other. Each head has two brackets equally spaced along the rail, shock absorbing under-rail gasket, two above-rail insulating gaskets, and two spring terminals. At that, each underterminal block is provided with underterminal projections on which side parts of the terminal are supported. Straight-line above-rail part of the terminal does not transfer pressure force through above-rail insulating gasket to the rail in its nominal position at the tension adjuster set to the operating step and prevents turnover and deflection of the rail from working attachment zone when the train passes.

EFFECT: possibility of longitudinal rail offset relative to under-rail base at reliable rail attachment and protection against being turned over when the train passes.
