FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, and can be used for the treatment of echinococcal hepatic cyst of type CE2b, CE3b. An ultrasound monitor is used to puncture the largest chamber and drain it. Through a separate mini-access, the caudal distance of the installed drainage is ensured by radio-frequency ablation with heating of the electrodes inside the cyst cavity to 100–105 °C. Procedure is performed until complete destruction of internal septal part of cyst with residual content of cyst by installed drainage.
EFFECT: method provides complete destruction of internal partitions of echinococcal cyst of type CE2b, CE3b, allows improving sanitation of the drained echinococcal cyst of type CE2b, CE3b by aspiration and defragmentation of the chitinous membrane.
