SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of traction transducer temperature. Automatic control system of temperature of traction semiconductor conversion unit of traction vehicle includes cooling system of traction conversion unit installed in air duct, containing power semiconductor devices with coolers, fan, semiconductor device power temperature sensors, traction conversion unit load current sensor, external cooling air temperature sensor, fan supply sensor, microprocessor controller and traction converting unit driver. Microprocessor controller comprises device for selection of maximum value of output signal of temperature sensors, device for correction of temperature transfer coefficient of temperature controller by fan supply, containing mathematical model of cooling system of traction conversion plant, comparing devices, setting devices, control device and switching frequency setting device.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability of traction conversion plant.
