SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of molding composite materials and a composite material. Method comprises operations: shaping process S1, comprising forming a laminated material having fibrous sheets layered on top of each other, by bending laminate in direction X and direction Y in three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system. S3 molding process S3, including molding laminated material 3, onto mold material 30 deformed in direction Z. Impregnation of laminar material 3 with resinous material while adjusting the amount of resinous material and molding composite materials 1 that were are hardened to give them shape. Shape comprises first inclined surface 21 inclined at first angle θ1 inclination relative to base plane in direction Z, and second inclination forming surface 42, forming surface of composite materials 1, opposite to first inclined surface 21. Mold material 30 has a first tilting molding surface 41 forming a first inclined surface 21 to receive therefrom a second inclined surface 22 having a second angle θ2 of inclination smaller than first angle θ1 of inclination. Composite material is made in form of varying in three directions with 2 inclined surfaces and with different angles.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by using a group of inventions is to reduce formation of folds in a method of molding composite materials.
