FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to RTM moulding and semi-finished products thus moulded. Proposed device comprises: Female die with cavity, polymer injection line and discharge line communicated with said cavity. Device can house the material reinforced by fibre. Pressure therein can be decreased to inject polymer composition therein to impregnate substrate material to produce moulded article. Surface moulding ply arranged between substrate material reinforced by fibre has multiple through holes made therein to ensure such sufficient stiffness that depth does not, in fact, vary inside said cavity at decreased pressure. Polymer diffusion section is located on the surface of moulding ply opposite substrate material reinforced by fibre and consists of at least one polymer diffusion ply with multiple holes made therein. Through holes made in every ply are communicated with through holes made in adjacent ply to create polymer flow path.
EFFECT: higher quality of impregnation, decreasing folding.
