FIELD: acousto-optics; laser equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acousto-optics and laser technology, particularly to the technique of interaction of pulsed laser radiation with a substance. In a device for processing materials by controlling an optical beam, comprising a two-dimensional device for controlling beam power and radiation wavelength and direction of radiation propagation along coordinates X, Y, first and second acousto-optic deflectors, in which two acousto-optic cells orthogonal relative to the axis of the radiation beam are successively arranged, each of which is made in the form of a light guide from acousto-optical material with antireflection optical faces, on the second face of which, opposite to the first one, there is a sound absorber and a piezoelectric transducer. Source of pulsed radiation is made in the form of a high-frequency copper vapour laser generating simultaneously at two wavelengths.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and uniformity of material surface treatment.
