SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology, and can be used for treating endometrial polyps associated with chronic endometritis. If the size of the endometrial polyps is more than 10 mm, hysteroresectoscopy with polypectomy is performed, and the anti-inflammatory therapy with diclofenac 200 mg in suppositories administered rectally once a day is started on the same day for 7 days. A month after the surgical treatment from 6th day of the menstrual cycle, a physiotherapeutic treatment – electric pulse therapy – is carried out. At the same time course of electric pulse therapy is carried out using abdominal and cutaneous electrodes at current strength of 20–34 mA, with frequency of 120–200 Hz, pulse width is 200–500 mcs, sampling frequency is not less than 20 samples per second, direct and reverse electrical stimulation is performed for 10 minutes each, total 20 minutes daily, 15 procedures per course. If the size of the endometrial polyps is less than 10 mm, a conservative therapy with diclofenac is prescribed from the day of the patient's visit and an electric pulse therapy is carried out from 6th day of the menstrual cycle. At the same time course of electric pulse therapy is carried out using abdominal and cutaneous electrodes, at current strength 20–34 mA, with frequency of 120–200 Hz, pulse width 200–500 mcs, sampling frequency of at least 20 samples per second, direct and reverse electrical stimulation for 10 minutes each, total 20 minutes daily, 15 procedures per course.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reducing the rate of recurrence of endometrial polyps after treatment by 4.2 times and increasing the rate of regression of asymptomatic endometrial polyps by 2.2 times.
