FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for surgical treatment by irradiating a biotissue by laser radiation. Objective of the proposed invention is to improve the quality of the procedures. Laser medical device comprises series-connected power supply unit, control unit, optical unit with visible-area laser diodes, an optical unit with laser diodes of infrared spectrum and an optical converter for reducing radiation of laser diodes, made in the form of a group of refracting prisms, and a focusing nozzle. Optical units and the optical converter are placed in one laser unit made in the form of a hand tool. Biotissue status monitoring device, optical signal to which comes from a dichroic mirror, is realized based on optical coherence tomography and comprises a video monitoring device which is optically interfaced with the biotissue, an information processing device, a processing unit, an optical delay line, a fibre-optic interferometer, a super-luminescent diode, a two-coordinate scanning device, a detector.
EFFECT: signal from the processing unit controls the optical attenuator, which provides smooth variation of laser radiation power within the range corresponding to the specific heat effect.
