FIELD: reinforcement bars production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and can be used in gas, oil and chemical industry. Rotary butterfly valve comprises housing accommodating seat with sealing surface and disc-shaped shutter secured on drive shaft fitted in said case perpendicular to axis of symmetry of its through hole offset relative to said axis. Seat is detachable in the form of a metal ring and is equipped with a device for its fixation from axial movement and elastic elements. Said means of seat fixation are made in the form of external and internal stops on both sides welded to the body of the bolt. Outer stop on the side of the open end of the bolt is made in the form of a ring. Seat is installed with possibility of limited axial movement within the gap δ = S-T, where S is distance between inner and outer thrusts along the shutter axis; T is the thickness of the seat, on the surface of contact with the body of the gate of which there are two radial elastic rings and one end elastic ring, which is installed in the zone of connection of the seat and the external stop. All resilient rings are made of polymer materials with possibility of maintaining contact between disc compaction and seat at full compression to limit state of end elastic ring at maximum gap δ defined by specified cross-section profile of end elastic ring of seat.
EFFECT: improving reliability of closing by ensuring continuity of seat contact with gate valve in closed state of gate at direction of medium flow to disk from sealing side.
