FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a measuring device for measuring force acting on the edge of a container opening, such as a bottle. Disclosed group of inventions includes a measuring device for measuring force acting on the edge of the hole of the target bottle, and a method of adjusting the machine for closing the bottle by fixing the rubber plug on the edge of the bottle opening. Measuring device comprises: a body having an inner space, as well as an opening for accessing the inner space from the outer side of the body, rigid plunger having an edge, the shape of which is equivalent to the shape of the end of the hole of the target flask, as well as a force sensor, wherein the rigid plunger passes through the housing opening into the housing inner space, the rigid plunger edge is located outside the housing, force sensor is located in inner space of housing and rigid plunger is movable relative to housing and connected to sensor. According to the method of adjusting the machine for closing the bottle, a measuring device is placed in the machine instead of a bottle, beginning to receive a signal provided by the measuring device sensor, controlling the rubber plug fixing machine on the measuring device edge, observing the signal of the force sensor of the measuring device during operation of the machine, estimating the observed signal and adjusting the machine in accordance with the estimated signal.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of pressure or force adjustment accuracy applied during primary packing and after it.
