Pharmaceutical composition for treating neuropathic pain comprising (R)-enantiomer of pirlindole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
EFFECT: disclosed is (R)-enantiomer of pirlindole or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof being an effective agent for treating or preventing neuropathic pain with fewer side effects with preserving analgesic activity.
