FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a method for producing black poplar leaves, having inhibitory activity on Burkholderia strains. Method for producing black poplar leaf extracts, having inhibitory activity on Burkholderia strains, in which poplar leaves are infused with 70 % ethyl alcohol in ratio "raw material – extractant" 1:8 under conditions of fractional extraction – twice at room temperature for 24 hours with subsequent extraction at heating on a boiling water bath and combination of three extracts; in result is produced ready combined product – black poplar leaves infusion on 70 % ethyl alcohol, wherein the content of the sum of flavonoids (target substances) determined using a spectrophotometric method is 0.51 %, the output of the desired substances in tincture is 90.0 %.
EFFECT: method described above enables to obtain an agent with pronounced inhibitory activity on Burkholderia strains.
