FIELD: hygiene.
SUBSTANCE: method for recycling cellulose flu when producing absorbent articles for hygienic products involves collecting, by a vacuum pump, a pulp-air mixture formed inside the molding drum when molding the down pillow layer on the mesh surface of the drum, and direction of said mixture through dust transfer channel to collecting containers with dead cellulose crushed mass supply line to the surface of molding drum. Collective containers are represented by transported barrels on casters opened from above, which are communicated with fluff transportation channel for filling, and after filling said barrels are moved to a screw dosing unit and pump fluff is pumped through a vacuum pump into a reservoir of said dispenser, equipped with screw, where the loaded fluff is mixed and pulsed supply of high-pressure air jets therein for conversion of fluff to dust-air mass, which is directed by vacuum pump through air duct to mill for mixing with crushed mass of sheet cellulose.
EFFECT: invention generally relates to a method and device for molding a fibrous product.
