FIELD: paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: pulp and paper industry used to obtain a cellulose-composite material processed into a core absorbent layer of fluff pulp in the production of highly absorbent disposable sanitary linen. As the cellulose components of the cellulose-composite material, bleached softwood sulphate pulp sheet (BSSP), bleached hardwood sulphate pulp sheet (BHSP) and chemical and thermomechanical bleached wood pulp sheet (CTMBWP) are used. Sheet BSSP dissolves in a hydropulper to a fiber concentration of 6-9 wt.%, grinded to the limits of 18-28°SR. BHSP sheet and CTMBWP sheet are dissolved in a hydropulper in a ratio of 80-60 wt.% BHSP and 20-40 wt.% CTMBWP to a fiber concentration of 6-9 wt.%, without subsequent grinding. Then the milled cellulose mass and the unmilled cellulose mass are mixed in the ratio of BSSP:BHSP:CTMBWP=50:(40-30):(10-20). The resulting mass is diluted with water, followed by dehydration and drying with hot air.
EFFECT: increased absorption capacity and tensile strength of the material.
