FIELD: fishing and fish farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish farming, namely to biotechnology of aquaculture, and can be used for obtaining samples of generative tissues of fish producers of sub-species Rutilus frisii frisii. Substance of the invention consists in sampling (biopsy) of Black Sea roach gonads through a genital hole of the fish at depth of 3–4 cm, pressing as close as possible to the abdominal wall.

EFFECT: invention enables reducing the risk of injuries of organs and tissues and avoiding death of Black Sea roach at gonad sampling (biopsy).
