FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to monitoring the patient's condition. Disclosed is a medical monitoring system comprising: one or more processors configured to: receive monitored physiological parameters and corresponding one or more patient alarm triggering and adjustable alarm setup and configuration of display means of at least one physiologically monitored indicator and a retrospective graphic image of the physiological indicator, including an image of said one or more alarm events corresponding to the adjustable alarm setting, wherein the retrospective graphic image includes: a curve which displays the relationship of the monitored physiological indicator against time, wherein the curve includes a time interval of the selected retrospective period; at least one alarm signal limit indicator, which is displayed relative to the said curve displaying dependence; and time and duration indicators of one or more alarm events, which are displayed relative to curve, wherein time and duration of one or more alarm signals are displayed relative to a colour area of filling between said at least one alarm signal threshold and reflecting said curve dependence, wherein time and duration of one or more alarm signals are displayed when an alarm signal is triggered. Also disclosed is a method of adjusting medical alarm signals, comprising: receiving monitored physiological parameters for a selected patient and configuring the display means of the monitored physiological indicator and the retrospective graphic image of the physiological indicator, comprising: curve displaying dependence of monitored physiological indicator on time, wherein curve includes time interval of selected retrospective period; at least one alarm signal limit indicator, which is displayed relative to the said curve and reflecting the adjustable setting of the alarm signal; and at least one indicator of the time and duration of one or more alarm events, which are displayed relative to the curve, and showing the time and duration of one or more alarm signal operations, wherein time and duration of alarm signal are shown by colour area of filling between said at least one indicator of alarm signal limit and reflecting said dependence curve, wherein time and duration of one or more alarm signals are displayed when an alarm signal is triggered. Also disclosed is a medical monitoring system comprising: a non-volatile computer-readable data medium and an electronic data processing device configured to read and execute said software stored on said non-volatile computer-readable data medium.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides reducing the number of clinically irrelevant alarm signals.
