SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For treating the patients with complicated cataract and glaucoma with underlying pseudoexfoliation syndrome, the ophthalmotonus level is determined and evaluated in a patient with primary open-angle glaucoma and cataract, normalized detection of high intraocular pressure values by instillations of b-adrenoreceptor blocking agents and/or carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, selective laser trabeculoplasty in the presence of pigmentation in an angle of the anterior chamber and post-laser exposure to cataract phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation. Selective laser trabecucoplasty is performed in above-threshold values of laser, after which intraocular pressure magnitude is repeatedly determined and evaluated, degree of cataract density is determined, with values of more than 35 dB and at normal values of intraocular pressure, a femtolaser-assisted phacoemulsification of cataract is performed, during which hydromechanical trabeculocleaning is performed, during the process of which pigment granules and pseudoexfoliation material are washed.

EFFECT: method improves efficiency of the performed operation, primarily by reducing the effect on the ligamentous apparatus, reducing exposure time and the level of ultrasound energy used.
