FIELD: cooling.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for effective cooling of electronic units of various equipment, including radioelectronic, operating at various temperature modes. Technical result is achieved due to that in a combined cooling system of electronic units containing a panel of highly heat-conducting material, in which there is distribution channel, microchannels and channels for cooling liquid, containing straight and curved sections, at the inlet and outlet of channels there are unions. Channels contain elements (swirlers) creating turbulence. Between straight sections of channels inside panel, in parallel plane are installed rods of air cooling system, having on fins extending from panel ends of finning, arranged in cylindrical casing, contacting side surface with panel and having in end part of air fan, and the finning is made in the form of sets of alternating round and square plates with holes, installed perpendicular to axis of rods. Number of plates and size of holes made in them increases from near to air fan rod to subsequent rods. Microchannels are made parallel to the straight sections of the channels, are located with channels in the same plane and are interconnected by one end with channels in the zone of the bent sections, and by the other end – with the distribution channel.

EFFECT: creation of combined cooling system of electronic units of relatively simple design and having high efficiency of cooling.
