FIELD: electronic units cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for effective cooling of electronic units of various equipment, including radio electronic, operating at different temperature conditions. The effect is achieved by the fact that in the combined cooling system of electronic units, containing a panel made of highly heat-conducting material, in which distribution channels, microchannels and channels for coolant are made, the channels contain elements that create turbulence. Between the straight sections of the channels, inside the panel, in a parallel plane, rods of the air cooling system are installed, having ribs on the ends protruding from the panel, placed in a cylindrical casing contacting the side surface with the panel and having an air fan in the end part. The microchannels are made parallel to the rectilinear sections of the channels, are located with the channels in the same plane and communicate with one end with the channels in the zone of the curved sections, and with the other with the distribution channel. The passage sections of the microchannels, channels and distribution channels are a rectangle located with the larger side parallel to the plane of the panel, a circle and a square, respectively, and their areas are in a ratio of 1:6:3, and additional swirlers are placed in the curved sections of the channels.
EFFECT: creation of a combined cooling system for electronic units, which has a relatively simple design, has a high cooling efficiency and makes it possible to ensure the performance of electronic units in various temperature conditions.
