FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for efficient cooling of electronic units of various equipment, including radioelectronic, operating under various temperature conditions. Technical result is achieved by the fact that in the combined cooling system containing a panel from high heat-conductivity material there are distribution channels, microchannels and channels for cooling liquid containing straight and curved sections. Unions are installed at inlet and outlet of channels; channels contain elements creating turbulence. Ribbing is made in the form of sets of alternating round and square plates with holes installed perpendicular to the axis of the rod, besides, the number of plates and the size of holes made in them increases from the rod closest to the air fan to the following rods. Elements creating turbulence are perforated spirals, the pitch of which increases from edges to centre. Perforation is a set of large and small holes alternating in the longitudinal direction, the centres of which are located along the line at equal distances from the edges of the spiral sweep section.
EFFECT: creation of combined cooling system with high cooling efficiency due to intensification of flow turbulence in channels.
