FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: following has been proposed: a recombinant strain of Penicillium verruculosum PhyEG-76, deposited in the All-Russian Collection of Microorganisms under the number VKM-4895D and intended for the production of homologous highly active endo-1,4-β-glucanase II and heterologous highly active phytase A from Aspergillus niger. A method of producing the enzyme preparation PhyEG-76, obtained from the recombinant strain Penicillium verruculosum PhyEG-76, is also proposed.
EFFECT: invention improves the digestibility of feed nutrients, reduces the viscosity of feeds containing non-starch polysaccharides of cereals, and increases the feed value of diets for agricultural monogastric animals and poultry.
