FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, genetic engineering and biotechnology, namely to genetic construct for ensuring the expression of targeted homologous and heterologous genes in the cells of the recipient fungus Penicillium verruculosum. Present construct comprises a target coding sequence comprising a serially connected eglII gene encoding a highly active endo-1,4-β-glucanase II, and the xyIE Penicillium canescens gene encoding the uninhibited endo-1,4-β-xylanase E. Invention also relates to recombinant strains of Penicillium verruculosum EX13, VKM F-4765D, and Penicillium verruculosum EX35, VKM F-4766D. These strains are intended for the production of homologous highly active endo-1,4-β-glucanase II and uninhibited endo-1,4-β-xylanase E Penicillium canescens. Present invention allows the preparation of uninhibited endo-1,4-β-xylanase E of Penicillium canescens and highly active endo-1,4-β-glucanase II of Penicillium verruculosum.
