SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and concerns a ligand characterized by asialoglycoprotein receptor affinity and intended for delivering an antitumour compound used in therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma, which is a N-acetyl galactosamine derivative. Group of inventions also relates to a compound for therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma, which is a conjugate of said ligand with an antitumour compound; method of obtaining said compound by reacting [3+2] azide-alkyne cycloadaptation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides treating hepatocellular carcinoma.
