SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic and medical chemistry, as well as molecular biology and relates to a new class of compounds, which are candidate agents for the delivery of medicinal or diagnostic compounds (agents) for diagnostics, including radio diagnostics, or treatment of oncological diseases, including radiotherapy. Disclosed is a peptide compound having the ability to bind to PSMA of general formula (I), where values of R1-R5 are disclosed in the claim, a method of producing a compound of formula (I), use thereof to obtain a conjugate and a conjugate of a compound of formula (I) with an agent for diagnosing or treating diseases caused by cells, expressing a prostatic specific membrane antigen.

EFFECT: compounds can be used for diagnosis or treatment of diseases caused by cells expressing PSMA, such as prostate cancer cells, and have high affinity and selectivity with respect to cells expressing PSMA, which enables to use them for treating diseases associated with high expression of PSMA, with a lower dosage with selective action on cancer cells without affecting healthy cells.
