Method of receiving an online search request, comprising user information and request information; narrowing search area of personalized search by means of: selecting a search category corresponding to the request information, performing a search to obtain a first search result, selecting a relationship data category, obtaining user relationship data, wherein the user relationship data include social relations data of said user, obtaining a second search result by performing another search in accordance with the request information and user relationship data, combining the first and second search results as a personalized search result, including: setting the display order of the search result elements in the first and second search results in accordance with the predetermined rule, sending the first and second search results to the user device for displaying the first and second search results in said display order.
