FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be used for treating a bone defect experimentally. That is ensured by placing a resorbable synthetic membrane in the form of a film on a bone defect. Film base is a composition of polyvinyl alcohols of different saponification degree with addition of fullerenes C60 in following ratio, wt%: unwashed polyvinyl alcohol – 38.9–39.1; polyvinyl alcohol of deep saponification degree 57.9–58.1; vinylamine – 2.9–3.1; fullerenes C60 – 0.02–0.001. Perforated holes are made along the entire surface of the film. Before film application on bone defect on its surface in contact with bone defect is applied gel based on composition of polyvinyl alcohols of different degree of saponification with addition of fullerenes C60 in following ratio, wt%: sub-saponified polyvinyl alcohol – 4.9–5.1; polyvinyl alcohol of deep saponification degree 9.9–10.1; vinylin – 2.9–3.1; fullerenes C60 – 0.02–0.001; distilled water – balance. After the film is applied on the bone defect on the gel, which protrudes from the perforated holes in the film, and along its edges, a thickener is applied to produce a plasticine mass of the gel. Thickener is represented by powdered 100 % sub-saponified polyvinyl alcohol. Method provides higher efficiency of vascular tissue germination, which improves quality of bone regenerate maturation. This is achieved by the fact that the base of the resorbable synthetic membrane made in form of a film is a composition of polyvinyl alcohols of different degree of saponification with addition of fullerenes C60. Before film application on bone defect on its surface in contact with bone defect is applied gel based on composition of polyvinyl alcohols of different degree of saponification with addition of fullerenes C60. Perforated holes are made on the entire surface of the above film, and after its application on the bone defect on the gel, protruding from the perforated holes in the above film, and a thickener is applied along its edges to form a plasticine mass of the gel, wherein the thickener is powdered 100 % sub-saponified polyvinyl alcohol.

EFFECT: method provides higher quality of maturation of bone regenerate due to higher efficiency of membrane fixation to bone edges of defect and efficiency of vascular tissue germination in the second stage of reparative osteogenesis.
