FIELD: medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry. Under local anesthesia, a layer-by-layer incision is made along the tops of the alveolar ridge and the dentoalveolar furrow of the teeth in the defect zone. A muco-periosteal flap is stripped, and the bone tissue is skeletonized. The first portion of the osteoplastic material "bioOST XENOGRAFT Collagen" is introduced into the defect zone, the "bioOST CORTICAL Membrane" is cut out and gradually fixed using screw fixing pins. The pins are fixed at a distance of 0.5 to 1 cm, and the distance and quantity are determined clinically based on the localization and volume of the defect. At the first stage, the membrane is fixed on the lingual side. Then the membrane is stretched through the interdental spaces and fixed on the medial and distal sides. Additional application of osteoplastic material and its compaction are carried out. After that, the final stage of fixing the membrane along the lower border is carried out with the help of screw fixing pins. The mucosa is mobilized and adapted in the area of the defect. The surgical wound is sutured with two-row interrupted stitches.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to create a compression zone in the area of bone regenerate formation and increase the volume of bone tissue when working in periodontal defects of complex configuration, and reduce the trauma of surgical intervention.
