FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing agent for treating influenza, including influenza virus infection of chicken embryos, incubation of embryos, cooling of embryos, collecting virus-containing allantoic liquid (VAL), processing of VAL for purpose of disaggregation and subsequent inactivation, VAL micro filtration, VAL ultrafiltration and purification of viral concentrate. Group of inventions also concerns agent for treating influenza, which is obtained using said method.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides preparing vaccine, which antigenic activity exceeding such ensured by “Vaksigripp” vaccine.
