SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rhinovaccination system for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B, containing a vaccine composition against hepatitis B for administration to the nasal mucosa in combination with a medical nozzle device. The rhinovaccination system includes a syringe-based injection device filled with a hepatitis B vaccine composition that contains a hepatitis B surface antigen (HBs antigen) and/or hepatitis B nucleocapsid antigen (HBc antigen), and a gel base material containing a carboxyvinyl polymer that has been treated with applying an external shear force to ensure spray characteristics.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions provides the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B and is easy to use.
