SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to immunology and pharmacology, and is intended for the production of inactivated tetravalent influenza vaccine. The inactivated tetravalent influenza vaccine contains influenza virus antigens of type A: H1N1 and H3N2, and type B: Yamagata and Victorian lines. The method for its production includes obtaining influenza virus antigens of type A: H1N1 and H3N2, and type B: Yamagata and Victorian lines, grown separately in developing chicken embryos. Antigens consist of destroyed viral particles and are a mixture of surface and internal proteins of these influenza viruses. For the production of antigens, a number of claimed sequential technological stages are carried out.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the immunogenicity of the vaccine with reduced reactogenicity, thus obtaining a drug with a high degree of purification of the vaccine antigens, as well as to increase the stability of the preservation of immunogenic properties under proper storage conditions.
