FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal treatment of contact elements of reed relays and can be used in their serial production. Method includes cleaning annealing for 15–25 minutes of contact parts in dry hydrogen at maximum temperature of 700–780 °C and oxidative annealing in air atmosphere at maximum temperature of 550–650 °C, and then during 5–15 minutes reduction annealing in dry hydrogen at maximum temperature of 800–850 °C.

EFFECT: improved quality of seals of reed relays.
