FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in engines, power plants and technical systems based on liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels and coolers for single and multiple use on the ground, in the air, and in space. The injector contains a housing with two holes for supplying fuel, made integral with the swirl blades and the mixing sleeve, a centrifugal atomizer, a fuel strainer, a nut for fastening to the plate, and sealing rings. An external cooling jacket is structurally made on the outer surface of the nozzle mixing sleeve. The surface of the inner walls of the cooling jacket is structurally made with artificial roughness in the form of conical fins with a tooth height of 3-5 mm.
EFFECT: ability to completely prevent the negative process of sedimentation or slow it down by lowering the temperature of the nozzle walls to a temperature of 373 K or less through creating an external cooling jacket.
