SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to immunology, and can be used to produce a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and/or treatment of dementia of the Alzheimer's type. Pharmaceutical composition includes: a) a combination of Aβ peptide immunogenic constructs with sequences SEQ ID NO: 62 and 63; and b) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for delivery and/or adjuvant. Group of inventions also relates to variants of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a combination of Aβ peptide immunogenic constructions with sequences SEQ ID NO: 64 and 65, and also includes a method for the treatment and/or prevention of Alzheimer's disease.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows producing Aβ peptides immunogenic constructs stimulating the generation of highly specific antibodies directed against the N-terminus of the Aβ peptide, offering protective immune responses to patients at risk for, or with, Alzheimer's disease.
