Described peptide immunogenic constructs of IL-6 contain the B-cell epitope of IL-6 linked with the heterologous epitope of T helper cells (Th-epitope), directly or by means of an optional heterologous spacer.

EFFECT: peptide immunogenic constructs of IL-6 stimulate the production of highly specific antibodies targeting the IL-6 receptor binding site (IL-6R).
